True Freedom

I can still remember the excitement and thrilling moment when I realized what entrepreneurship could mean for my life. The idea that I could build a business that allows me to do whatever I wanted was super exciting.

That moment of excitement didn’t last long when I realized how much work was ahead of me. The idea of entrepreneurship and actually building a business are two separate things.

However, I was committed and ready to work towards freedom. Anything worth having is going to require putting in the work.

My name is Kimanzi Constable

I’ve built two successful businesses in my forty-one years of life. I started my second business — an online-based business — in 2011. Over the span of three years, I’ve scaled it to multiple six-figures, and I have to admit, it didn’t happen the way I thought it would.

When I first got to six figures, I felt successful, accomplished, and excited to see how far it could go. That’s when a realization started slowly making its way to the surface: I wasn’t doing enough of the one thing that makes the biggest difference — building a business with ONLY the elements that light me up.

Like most entrepreneurs, it took me a while to make the connection between freedom, revenue, and how growth comes from clarity and a focus on how you actually want to spend your time.

I was making good money but I’d become frustrated with the online world because I felt stuck. With competitors left and right copying, all of us collectively trying to convince to give us their attention… it was a red ocean, and it’s even worse now.

I realized that if I was going to build a successful business, it needed to be built with the model that brings freedom to my life.

I had to stop following someone else’s image of what success means, and the path to get there. I had to stop doing things — such as working with clients — that made me dread waking up to work.

I had to figure out what I’m passionate about and how I could get more of that into my routine, life, and business growth journey.

That’s when I started spending my days writing.

I’d found my blue ocean, and believe it or not, it was through only spending my time doing the things I want to do. So few people build a freedom-based business because they’re not asking themselves what actually brings them joy.

That’s when everything changed for me – I was a successful business owner, but I wasn’t taking the right actions to build an empire yet. Sound familiar?

In a sea of people boasting about best-selling Amazon books, podcasts they have no idea how to leverage, and misleading revenue claims, I quickly learned how to use content in ways few others were using it.

I became a published author of four books, a contributor to over 80 large publications and magazines, and someone people love following on social media (and learning from0.

My books have sold over 150,000 copies.

You can see my articles in The HuffPost, Forbes, Entrepreneur (online and in the print edition on newsstands), SUCCESS Magazine, AskMen, Mind Body Green, Fox News, The Good Men Project, Yahoo, NBC News, Time Magazine, Business Insider, Addicted 2 Success, CBS News, and over 60 blogs.

I’ve been interviewed on over 250 podcasts.

If you’re anything like me, then you’re probably running a successful business and looking for a way to turn that into a real empire.

Need a sign that you’re on the right track? Here it is: using the expertise you already have, you can build a business that allows you to spend your time on the things that light you up.

You can travel the world, or so do through VR. You can help people, make lots of money, and give back. You can do whatever you want to do, in the way you want to do it.

In 2021 and beyond, it’s all about continuous, long-term growth and building a brand that can withstand anything. It’s about building a freedom-based business.

Best of all? You don’t have to do it alone. BOLDLY do you!
